NEWMACHAR - SQUARE BALE SUNSET

This is a photo of huge square barley bales taken in a field just outside Newmachar, Aberdeenshire.

The photo was taken on a mid September night as the sun was going down on a sort of misty night in the horizon.

These bales bring me back to my childhood, however, they were very much smaller then and I could carry one, not now.
